This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in FIR.45 of 2020 on the file of Thittakudi Police, Cuddalore on 16.02.2020 against the petitioner/accused.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) submitted that in this case, on completion of investigation final report has been filed and the case has been taken on file as C.C.No.46 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle.
