PRAYER in W.P.No.19621 of 2014: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent dated 07.07.2014 in the candidates list for oral test/interview to the posts included in the Combined Engineering Services Examination (2009-10 to 2012-13) and quash the same and publish a fresh list of candidates as per the merit list of the candidates in the written examination.
