This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the third respondent in No.K:/K/M2/3776/2023 dated 24.05.2024, quash the same and consequently for a direction to the Tahsildar, Tittagudi to measure the house site of Smt.Alameluammal and workout the total area in Sq.mtr in Patta No.618, S.F. No.106/13B2 of Eraiyur Village and enter the petitioners name in the Village register and issue the patta copy of the same as requested by the petitioner in her letter dated 06.06.2023 and 14.06.2023, within a time frame as may be fixed by this court.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would Page 2/4

submit that petitioner's application has been considered positively by the respondents and that patta will be issued within a week. The said statement is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
