A.No.3538 of 2024 in TOS. No.52 of 2010 P.B.BALAJI, J., A.No.3538 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the Applicants herein as the plaintiffs in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has fairly conceded that she has no serious objection for allowing this Application as prayed for.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above Application to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole plaintiff and the Application has also been filed in time and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein, in the interest of justice, this Application deserves to be entertained. Accordingly, Application No. 3538 of 2024 is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and file an amended copy of the plaint within a period of two weeks.
