ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to include the third respondent University in the prospectus published by the second respondent and direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the eligibility test conducted by the second respondent as per the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
