Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise the petitioner's salary for Selection Grade Junior Administrative Assistant as Rs.9300-34800 + Grade pay 4200 in lieu of Rs.5200 - 20200 + Grade pay 2400 with effect from 01.01.2006 notionally and with monetary benefit from 01.08.2010 by implementing the instructions of the 2nd Respondent issued in Letter No.63305/Pay Cell/2010-1, dated 08.11.2010 in the light of the guidelines issued by the 1st Respondent in TNSLSA No.7777/E/2009, dated 03.07.2013 with all other consequential pensionary benefits and arrears in consideration of the petitioner's representations dated 11.11.2019 and 20.07.2020.
