Respondents in both WPs Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner from the date of suspension i.e., 15.06.2014 and 01.06.2014 respectively, to till date to protect the petitioners' livelihood guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
