2. C.M.P.Nos.6559 and 6560 of 2016 have been filed under Section 151 of C.P.C to set aside the order of dismissal and restore the above Second Appeal on the file of this Court, which was dismissed for default, in view of the order dated 18.12.2015, by this Court.

3. Mr.T.R.Rajaraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has no objection for the petitions.
