(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to instruct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the representation dated 01.12.2020.

2.Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioner, investigation completed and charge sheet filed. Totally there are five accused and the petitioners herein are arrayed as accused No.1 & 2. The case has been taken on file in C.C.No.660 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate, Wallajah for the offence u/s.294, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed accordingly.
