O R D E R

The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus directing the third respondent to issue registration certificate to the Trust as per section 34 (3) of the Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act, 2000 as amended in 2006 by considering the application dated 03.02.2012. 2.On 19.07.2021, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel and hence, the same was directed to be posted on 26.07.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the third respondent considered the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
