This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.03.2019, investigate the same and take appropriate action against respondent 3 and to file a final report before the competent Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.
3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
