ORDER

Seeking to reopen the contempt petition, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging that the order of this Court dated 14.06.2024 has not been complied with by the respondents.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this court based on the submission made by the Government Advocate that the Government is in the process of implementing the reservation and it also required to take into consideration the various factors. This Court vide order dated 14.06.2024 closed the contempt petition. But the same has not been complied with till date.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this sub application is ordered. The contempt 2/4

petition is restored.
