Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other order of direction in the nature of writ directing the respondents 2 to 7 to ensure the continuation the business in snack bar of the petitioner in pursuance to the lease agreement dated 01.03.2012.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to directing the respondents 2 to 7 to ensure the continuation the business in snack bar of the petitioner in pursuance to the lease agreement dated 01.03.2012.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents for continuation of the business in snack bar of the petitioner in view of the agreement dated 01.03.2012. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now as the same is devoid of merits.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
