ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.1961/2014/A2 dated -.09.2014(signed on 23.09.2014) by the first respondent and quash the same.
2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite of the reminders, there is no response from the petitioner. Hence, reported 'no instructions'. In view of the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court is of the view that matter has become infructuous and nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition.
3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
