PRAYER in WP No.18855 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of Mandamus for bearing the respondent or their men or subordinates or any other person claiming under them from dispossessing the petitioner from the Shop situated at Old No.4 New No. 28 in the name and style of National Shoe Mart situated at Survey No.835/17 Jumma Mosque Complex Bangalore Main Road Sriperumbudur Kancheepuram District except under due process of law.

2. Today, i.e. 25.10.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners. Thus, it is evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.18854 & 18855 of 2014 stand dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
