2. This Court has already found that awarding of marks to the 5th respondent is irregular. However, the writ petition could not be allowed since the prayer sought for in the writ petition was only for mandamus without seeking to challenge the appointment of the 5th respondent
3. Pursuant to the last hearing, today (30.06.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner has brought up this application to dispense with the production of the order of appointment of the 5th respondent. 4.The Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.19033 of 2023 has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the relief. Originally, the writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus. However, the present miscellaneous petition seeking amendment of the prayer from issuance of writ of mandamus to issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus by challenging the order of appointment of the 5th respondent.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 has no serious objection for allowing these applications.
6. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of these applications and is satisfied with the reasons set out therein.
7. Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for.
8. Post the main case on 05.07.2023.
