C.M.P.Nos.14363 and 14364 of 2022 in C.M.A. No. 3129 of 2017 C.M.P.Nos.14363 and 14364 of 2022 in C.M.A. No. 3129 of 2017 P.T.ASHA, J., In order to get a proper evaluation of the disability of the petitioner / claimants, both these petitions are allowed and the claimant in both petitions are referred to the Medical Board for assessment.

2. The learned Government Advocate, undertakes to coordinate the examination of the injured / claimants by the Medical Board or the concerned Committee to which the Board would refer the injured / claimants for examination.

3. The examination of the injured shall be undertaken as per the earlier order of this Court dated 31.03.2022 in C.M.A.No.345 of 2022 and shall adhere to the specimen format given therein.

4. Report shall reach before this Court by 03.11.2022.

5. Post the matter on 03.11.2022.
