ORDER

The petitioner as well as the second respondent have entered in to a 18(1) Settlement and the same has been filed into Court.

2. Under the settlement, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- and in so far as the provident fund dues are concerned, the second respondent has been directed to approach the appropriate authorities. The said 18(1) settlement is shall form part of the record. 3.

I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the contract. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
