ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Chennai, on all

working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, by order dated 04.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No. 2724 of 2025.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders,, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned NDPS Court, Chennai as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
