The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Final Order No.116 of 2013 dated 12.09.2013, the order of the 2nd respondent pertaining to proceedings in R.C.No.13103/MM1/2010 dated 26.07.2011, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to allow the petitioner to quarry lime stone over an extent of 2.41.5 Hectares of Patta lands in S.F.Nos.193/2A1 and 193/2A2 of Sithalandur Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, as per the mining lease granted in Page No.2 of 5

Rc.No.2727/MMI/2005 dated 20.02.2006.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the present Writ petition has become infructuous and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
