O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Advocate General submits that in view of what has been stated on 19.08.2015, the relevant order passed on 20.08.2015 in that behalf is being placed before the Court, which is taken on record.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the same is acceptable to the petitioner, but that as per para 5 of the order, the amount of Rs.91,000/- and the licence fee was to be remitted within three days of the receipt of that order, which may be suitably extended. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to the same and thus, we extend the time period to one (1) week from today.
3.Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of order dated 20.08.2015 having been found acceptable by the petitioner. No costs. 4.We clarify that the order dated 20.08.2015 has been passed by the respondents in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and is not to be treated as a precedent.
