PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent authorities to cancel the Certificate of registration bearing CST No.966983 and TIN No.33316205108 in the name of 3rd respondent herein by considering representation dated 18.6.2014.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 08.10.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 21.10.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".
