ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 30.03.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that enquiry was conducted in CSR No.82 of 2022 and it was closed on 05.03.2022.

3.In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It will be left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the competent jurisdictional Court.
