ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to clear thorns, bushes and other unwanted plants and for erecting a fence around the petitioner's properties on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2018 and subsequent representation to the 1st petitioner dated 07.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Though a direction is sought for in this petition, this Court instead of granting a direction sought by the petitioner is inclined to direct the respondent police to enquire into the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.04.2018 to the 2nd respondent and a representation dated 07.05.2018 given to the 1st respondent and act in accordance with law.
