O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order made in Na.Ka.2014/A1/2014 dated 11.06.2014 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property comprised in Survey No.158, Perungavur, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
