ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed that the Petitioner to appear before the respondent police once a week (i.e) on every Monday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.8528 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once a week (i.e) on every Monday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
