Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the cadre of Electronic Media Lab Attender or any other appropriate suitable cadre based on the petitioner's educational qualifications and experience under the respondents / University from the date of his initial appointment by bringing him in the regular time scale of pay with all consequential, monetary and other service benefits as per the time frame fixed by this Court.
