Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition came to be numbered by transfer of O.A.No.1448 of 2003 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order of the dismissal passed by the second respondent in Proc.Na.Ka.17884/99/A4, dated 17.03.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with full backwages and other consequential service benefits.

ORDER

It is seen that the petitioner was initially appointed as Office Assistant in Taluk Office, Sriperumpudur on compassionate ground on 28.05.1998. Later on, on verification, it was found that the certificates submitted by the petitioner are a bogus one. Therefore, the second respondent, by way of passing the detailed order, which is impugned herein, dismissed the petitioner from service. Hence, I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order passed by the respondent in dismissing the petitioner from service on the ground producing bogus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificates at the time of his appointment on compassionate ground. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
