This petition has been filed to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.639/2014/A1 dated Nil.07.14 and quash clause 5 of the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
