ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 02.05.2023.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case, the appeal was preferred by the petitioner against the order passed under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908. Subsequently, the said provisions of Section 77A of the Act was declared as illegal and hence, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. By recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
