Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue the Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to issue Patta to the petitioner to his Plot No. 126, Samson Saroja Street, Mugappair Village in Survey Nos.411, 412, 424 & 427 forming part of Golden George Nagar after receiving the regularisation charges as per the G.O.No.56, Revenue Department dated 26.09.2006 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2019 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
