The petitioner/mother and power of attorney for her son Prasanna Subbiah had filed an unnumbered I.A.No.Nil of 2024 in O.P.No.3494 of 2023 seeking to permit her to represent on behalf of her son, who is presently in United Kingdom. Along with the petition produced a Power of Attorney executed in United Kingdom before High Commission of India, London. This petition was filed on 06.06.2024.

2.The petitioner received private notice in O.P.No.3494 2023 during Janurary, 2024. Thereafter, she informed her son, who executed Power of Attorney on 21.05.2024. In the meanwhile, on 28.04.2024, the petitioner's son was set ex-parte. Thereafter necessary petitions with reply was filed on 30.05.2024, which was not taken on file for the reason that the petitioner not appeared in person. Thereafter, the case was posted on 21.06.2024 on which day, arguments on the side of the respondent alone heard and the petitioner's application returned on 28.06.2024.
