Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records leading upto the issuance of Order bearing F.No.CUS/APR/MISC/2658/2022-Gr.1 dated 27.07.2022 issued by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same as arbitrary and inequitable and direct the respondents to provisionally release the imported consignment of 376.110 MT of 'Unflavoured Supari (Betel Nut Product)' covered under Bill of Entry No.7635613, 7635614 and 7635960 dated 24.02.2022 by furnishing Provisional Duty Bond for the full value of the goods and furnishing of bank guarantee at 50% of the differential duty considering Duty Free Tariff Preference Scheme for Least Developed Countries (LDC) benefit or alternatively furnishing of 'bonds' at 50% of the differential duty considering Duty Free Tariff Preference Scheme for Least Developed Countries (LDC) benefit and such other reliefs in favour of the petitioner.
