2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner was granted bail by the trial Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petitioner was granted bail by the trial Court, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
