Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VIJAYA SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KAVITHA, Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents the court made the following order:- This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of stay petition. Accordingly, the writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
