ORDER

When the writ petition came up for hearing on 24.08.2018, this court has passed the following order:

"It is reported that the counsel on record had already given change of vakalat.

Registry is directed to print the name of the parties and list the matter on 03.09.2018."

2. Thereafter, when the writ petition was listed on 03.09.2018, this court made the following order:

"Registry is directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and post after two weeks."

3. When the matter was listed on 18.09.2018, this court admitted the writ petition.

4. Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. In such view of the matter, this court has no other option, but to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
