This petition has been filed to relax the condition of petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.8379 of 2023 vide order dated 18.05.2023 in Crime No.71/2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
