Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to implement the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 12.03.2019 in C.A.Nos.251-256/15 and circular dated 29.06.2019 of the 2nd respondent and proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 31.10.2019 by placing the petitioner in the 1994 deputy Tahsildar panel as well as in the 2001 Tahsildar panel as sought vide petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2020. This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents herein to implement the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 12.03.2019 in C.A.Nos.251-256/15 and circular dated 29.06.2019 of the 2nd respondent and proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 31.10.2019 by placing the petitioner in the 1994 deputy Tahsildar panel as well as in the 2001 Tahsildar panel as sought vide petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2020.
2. Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. This Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner as such. In case of non implementation of the order of this Court, the remedy lies to the petitioner to file a contempt petition and not to invoke the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction to implement the orders either of this Court or the Honourable Suprement Court. However, it is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 03.02.2020 to the respondents, the request of the petitioner shall be considered and a decision be taken thereon and communicated to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
