The present Application has been filed to permit the attesting witness i.e., Mrs.Prema Chokalingam to appear and depose before this Hon'ble Court vide video conferencing.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having satisfied with the same, the application in A.No.1021 of 2025 in O.P.No.447 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.

3. List the matter before the learned Additional Master-III for recording of evidence on 20.3.2025.
