(CRIME NO.184/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Fridays at 10.30 am in Crl.M.P.No.7299/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10491/2021 dated 30.07.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S ARULMURUGANANDHAM.N.K, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 30.07.2021 this Court had relaxed the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail and the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. This petition have been filed seeking relaxation of the said condition.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 30.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
