3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 . The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection in ordering the above impleading petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
