ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the second respondent dated 07.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner's son N.Gopi on compassionate ground.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner was provided with employment and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
