Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension bearing No.Na.Ka.No.8856/2020/PE2, dated 09.11.2020, passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same with all consequential benefits.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the suspension of the petitioner has been subsequently revoked by the first respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8856/2020/PE2, dated 19.01.2021 and they have also produced a copy of the said proceedings. They further submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as become infructuous. The copy of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 19.01.2021, is placed on record. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
