This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.8574 of 2022 to appear before the PEW Villupuram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on earlier occasion, this Court had modified the condition imposed on the petitioner and extended the time already granted.

3. Considering that this Court had already extended the time in Crl.M.P.No.8574 of in Crl.O.P.No.1862 of 2022, the prayer sought for to modify the condition cannot be granted.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
