Crime No.122 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on him in para no.3 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week, i.e, on Monday and Tuesday of every week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.5393 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. No.29924 of 2024 on 20.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.5393 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. No.29924 of 2024 on 20.03.2025

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. gbi 23-09-2025
