Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the third respondent in connection with the order passed by him in Letter No.24220/CMPC/2013-1, dated 04.06.2013 and also on the file of the fourth respondent in connection with the order passed by him in Letter No.45517/A4/2013, dated 30.12.2013 and Letter No.41134/A3/2013 dated 31.12.2013 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to pay the selection grade scale of pay to the post in which the petitioners were granted the selection grade scale of pay with effect from 01.01.2006 with all monetary and service benefits with 18% interest per annum.

O R D E R

The learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners made a submission that in view of the developments occurred during the pendency of the present writ petition, the cause did not exist. However, if the petitioners are still aggrieved or any other grievance exists, it is left open for them to approach the Competent Authority for appropriate redressal in the manner known to law.

2. With the abovesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
