This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the complaint received against the petitioner was already closed after enquiry and as on date, no case is pending against the petitioner and there is no harassment. It is only the apprehension of the petitioner.
