This application has been filed by the applicant/3rd plaintiff to bring on record the proposed respondents No.24/defendant No.25 as legal heir of the deceased 15th defendant Kokila R.Sheth in C.S.No.104 of 2000.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant/3rd plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
