Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.03.2024, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.234, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.06.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.23, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 12.01.2011, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
