This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1758 days in filing the CMA SR No.31427 of 2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to lack of communication between the petitioner and his counsel there is a delay of 1758 days in filing the CMA SR No.31427 of 2025.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent raised strong objection to allow this appeal.
